National Junior Duck Stamp Contest Entry '09. I won 1st place in the state (for my age group), though not Best of Show. I don't think it could have either because the Canadian Goose wasn't one of the bird species chosen or something. I think this year was the Wood Duck.

Haha. Mr. Mu pretty much ruined my shadows, and I was like nooooooo ughhhhhh whyyyyy I liked my shadows before D:

But then it turned out okay, I guess. The shadows under the branches to the right are sort of dark though and there's a shadow for the other foot that's missing, I think.

lol. i won 2nd place when i was in like 1st grade, but i think the only reason i won was cause there were only like 2 1st graders that entered :D

XD I had no idea the contest existed when I was in first grade. When I was in first grade, I was eating my snacks and listening to stories. 8D
